We currently only deliver to the UK and deliveries are made via the Royal mail. Delivery will be calculated when you checkout. Subscriptions include free delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it, for an exchange or refund, within 14 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The items must be returned to the address below, we recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of delivery.
We will not be able to refund the postage or delivery charge of the original item.
Returns received outside the above timeframe are accepted at our discretion.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us so we can ensure the item is available and reserved for you. We can only exchange an item with one of the same value. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the original item has been received and checked.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on gifts but will offer an exchange. Please contact us by email for advice on how to do this.
If you have a faulty item please contact us and follow the above returns procedure.
